| Boomer Social Network 2nd Rock & Roll Oldies Show and Dance
Sheraton Denver Tech Center Ballroom and Dance Floor The 2nd Annual Mike Sangster Rock and Roll Oldies Show and Dance is set for Saturday October 15 from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. in the Ballroom of the Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel. Last year more than 250 rock and roll oldies fans and guests attended this event when it was held at the Heather Ridge Country Club ballroom. A larger room, bigger dance floor and bar were needed for this year's event. This year's theme is "When Elvis Met Buddy Holly" since that happened on this same date. The two performed together in Lubbock, Texas on this day. Consequently Mike has selected and will perform numerous Elvis and Buddy Holly favorites. A list of the elvis and Buddy Holly songs he can perform are listed below. Mike Sangster is known for his rendition of Elvis songs. Thousands of local admirers have his Rock & Roll Oldies CD as well as his Irish Songs CD.
