Argentine Tango

There are no groups presently attending this event. It is placed here for information only. Why not gather a few people together and check it out? Open to singles, marrieds, couples.

During the summer, almost each Saturday evening, there are
outdoor Argentine tango dances (milongas)

at Cheesman Park in the pavillion there.

While there is no charge, usually people
donate 1 - 2 $ for the D.J.'s, who play a variety of tunes.
It's fun, friendly, you can bring snacks, beverages, or try
what others have brought. Even if you've never tried this fun
and interesting dance, it's fun to watch it. What do you have
to lose - save the chance to try this so easily and
inexpensively?
