I am calling upon all my Friends and Family to get involved in a Benefit Dinner and Dance that Myself, Jake Jabs, Pam Hughes, Dejo, Mike Sangster, Bo Cottrell and other guests are volunteering to give time and talents to raise money and awareness for TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program For Survivors) www.taps.org  Please visit the web site for detailed information. TAPS is Survivors helping Survivors Heal.

 T*A*P*S provides the follow:

Supports the military family through a national network of those who have lost a loved one in the Armed Forces and are now standing by to lovingly reach out and support others when a death occurs.

 Offers military survivors across America, as part of a national network of grief support groups and services, the very best resources available.

 Educates survivors about grief and the traumatic effects following the sudden death of a loved one. T*A*P*S provides educational reading materials to help survivors realize that they are experiencing “normal reactions to abnormal events”

 Sponsors Military Survivor Seminars and Good Grief Camps across the country, designed to help rebuild shattered lives and give survivors the chance to help each other heal.

 The militay honor guards performs dignified funerals with 21-Gun salutes, missing man formations, precise folding of the flags and the mournful sound of Taps echoing across rows of white headstones.

But who is there to help pick up the pieces of the shattered lives of the surviving family and friends after the funeral?  Where do they find support?  The Tragedy Assistance Program For Surivors T*AP*S

This Event is our way of offering support to T*A*P*S in donating the monies we would make on a Every Friday Night Dinner Show and Dance and give it to a very Worthy Cause.  We all would go out and spend $25.00 for a Dinner and show on average once a week.  Well at least everyone on my email list.  We will provide you a Great Evening of sharing with your friends one common goal,  taking care of those who gave everything to take care of us. We will provide the Food and GREAT entertainment and an evening of Dancing. $25.00 is not much to ask.  I  know I can count on all our friends, families, and fans to come out and give. 

I want to give a special Thank You to Heritage at Eagle Bend for Donating the Beautiful Ballroom and Great Staff.

Cost $25.00  Please make your checks payable to TAPS tickets are on sale now.  Tickets will have seating assignements 10 to a table. 

You all know where this Beautiful Community is located  (Gartrell and E-470) Pam, Dejo and I have played there on 3 occassions.  This one is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC on May 30^th.  Please come and join us.  Ticket sale will be handled by Tony David, Pam Hughes, Jake Jabs, Bo Cottrell, and Mike Sangster. 

I really need the 49/90 Club, The Breakfast Club 50+, Denver Ballroom Dancing, WSA, WMA, Nonpereil,  40+ for all Seasons, Step-up-Let’s dance, Denversocial.com, and all my friends that we have played for to come and give your support.  I know I can count on you all.
