Feb. 3 - Superbowl Party
Hey all you football fans, it's time for the big game! We will have out
annual Superbowl Potluck & Party tonight beginning a 4 PM. Helen H. will
host this event at her home. The club will be supplying the main dish
(Sloppy Joe's), all the paper products and ice tea. Please bring a
potluck dinner, side or dessert item. Also, bring those games and cards
to play, if football isn't on the top of your list. Food, football, good
friends, cards & games - it's hard to get any better! Please call Helen

Feb. 17 - Derek Lowstuter "Life In The Peace Corp"
Derek (Norm's nephew) has spent two years in Uganda in the Peace Corp.
He will tell us all about his experiences in this program.

Feb 24 - Annual Soup and Chili Cook-Off
It's time for one of our best potluck nights tonight with the annual
Soup and Chili Cook-Off. As usual, there will be two divisions (Soup &
Chili) with prizes in each division. If you aren't a cook and want bring
something, please bring a salad, dessert or other side item (cornbread
would be great). This is always a heated (pun intended) competition as
we have a quite a few good cooks in the group. And, we all get to enjoy
their entries!
